With almost 30 years of experience in bodywork and energy work, I combine my knowledge of various practices from around the world to offer a balancing and healing service to my clients in and around Norfolk.

I am passionate about giving people the tools to heal themselves, and have worked with a diverse range of clients, including The Lambert Clinic, Harley Street, MS patients, Stanmore College, and Golds Gym, Bondi Junction, Sydney. My expertise and dedication has helped many people achieve optimal health and wellness.

As an experienced holistic practitioner, I am trained in Traditional Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, and remedial work. I am also qualified in Counselling for body workers, Aromatherapy, Thermo Auricular Therapy, Ayurvedic Amnanda and Facial Cupping. More recently I gained my Yoni Steaming qualification in Atlanta, further expanding my knowledge and expertise in reproductive health and wellness.
