About Julie
Hi, I’m Julie Ann White. My journey has always been about helping people flourish—physically, emotionally, and energetically—through personalised, compassionate, and holistic support. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: educator, outdoor learning pioneer, personal trainer, and holistic health coach. Each role has given me unique insights into human potential, resilience, and the power of nurturing environments.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting people in a variety of deeply personal ways—from providing one-to-one care for a young boy with PDA, supporting his complex needs and neurodivergence, to guiding clients through cancer treatment with practical, compassionate support. These experiences have taught me how to adapt, stay present, and create safe spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered.
As a women’s foundational health coach and trauma-informed practitioner, I work with clients to release stored trauma, regulate inflammation, and shift limiting subconscious patterns that affect physical, emotional, and hormonal wellbeing. My approach blends intuitive belief coding, holistic pelvic care, and energetic coaching, focusing on restoring vitality, self-trust, and long-term health.
Before this, I founded Nature to Nurture Ltd, Merseyside’s first outdoor nursery, where I led award-winning programs integrating emotional resilience, outdoor learning, and well-being strategies for children. That experience taught me the transformative power of environment, play, and connection—and the importance of creating spaces where people, of all ages, can thrive.
Everything I do—whether coaching, training, or providing support—is guided by curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for the unique journey of each individual. My mission is simple: to help people feel safe, supported, and capable of transformation, so they can live fully, freely, and authentically.

As I prepare to step into this next chapter, unveiling my Rebirth Coaching programs, I’m reminded of one undeniable truth:
This work… was always mine to do.
When I took my first breath, the sky told a story — six planets gathered in the 8th house… the house of death, rebirth, transformation, magic, the occult, and deep emotional healing.
My Cancer Sun lives there — illuminating the shadows, feeling everything deeply, sensing what can’t be said.
My Mercury too — giving me the gift of intuitive communication, energy reading, and holding space for unspoken truths.
Venus and Saturn in Leo — teaching me how to love fiercely, stand in my radiance, and alchemise pain into sacred power, even when the world tried to dim my light.
In a world that often teaches women to stay small, quiet, or safe… I’ve walked the path of reclamation.
I’ve navigated trauma, disconnection, loss, identity death — and each time I have been reborn.
Now, I guide others through that same passage.
This isn’t just a program.
It’s a soul calling.
Rebirth is written into my very being — astrologically, spiritually, energetically.​
