I’ve lived it.

And I’ve risen from it.

Not by pushing harder or pretending everything was fine.

But by listening to my body.

By honouring the trauma it had stored.

By softening instead of armouring.

By reclaiming the energy that was mine — and mine alone.

My background is in trauma release, somatic work, belief coding, and pelvic care. I’m also a Zinzino Representative and a women’s health coach with decades of experience in transformational practice. But the real catalyst for what I do now came through fire — the kind of emotional, energetic fire that wakes something ancient inside you.

That fire became The Rebirth Method — a fusion of science, somatics, subconscious healing, and sacred feminine energy work.
